A resistance band used to exercise has been recalled after people reported the band breaking and hitting them while they were exercising. About 29,700 of the bands have been recalled so far.
The recall was voluntary and was issued by the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission in negotiations with the manufacturers of the brand. Consumers have been instructed to cease their use of the product, and the Commission warns that the selling of a recalled product is illegal. One serious bone injury was reportedly caused by the product.
