Police believe a reckless driver caused a rollover accident in Wisconsin that injured four Illinois men Sunday afternoon. Police say a caller reported a reckless driver on the highway, and a few minutes later they received word of a single-vehicle wreck near that same place. Police say the vehicle approached a turn at a high speed, slid sideways and over-corrected, losing control. This caused the vehicle to tumble down an embankment before striking a utility pole.
Police said they found beer bottles from the car scattered around the scene. Police believe alcohol was a factor in the crash. Three of the four men were not wearing seat belts, police said, and were thrown from the vehicle. All four were taken to hospitals.
