A woman, who was working as a door greeter at Home Depot, had the tip of her nose bitten off by a small dog on Friday afternoon.
The dog was a Shih-Tzu and was brought into the store by its owner. The woman working at the store bent down to pet the dog, and, as she did so, the dog jumped at her face and bit the tip of her nose. The woman was taken to the hospital, where she received stitches and plastic surgery to fix her nose.
The woman is asking that the dog be put down so that it will not inflict damage on anyone else. Authorities are investigating the matter and have issued the owner of the dog a $610 fine for the incident.
