A Minneapolis woman has been charged with her role in a fatal accident that resulted in the death of a 37 year-old man. The woman was drunk at the time of the accident occurring. According to reports, the woman slammed her vehicle at a high rate of speed into traffic that had stopped.
The woman who was responsible for causing the accident had a blood alcohol content of nearly four and a half times the legal limit.
The woman was recently sentenced to 9 and a half years in jail. The woman had a previous driving while intoxicated conviction in 2004.
