Authorities Identify Construction Accident Victim

In Sioux Falls, South Dakota, a construction worker was recently killed in a construction accident. The authorities have now released the name of the construction worker.

Henry VandenTop was struck by the boom of a crane while he was working on an elementary school construction site. The boom knocked him off of the 25 foot tall wall on which he was welding.

Pedestrian Dies After Crash

A man was hit by a stolen car in Bedfordshire a few days ago. He was hospitalized with multiple severe injuries to his head and his chest. He passed away today in the hospital.

Four of the men arrested in the case have been released on bail while a fifth remains in jail. There was a sixth man arrested who is currently in the hospital. However, he has been indicated as another pedestrian who was also hurt in the crash.

$1.5M Awarded to Crash Victims

A Texas jury recently awarded $1.5 million to two men injured in a car accident. An Indiana tractor trailer veered into their lane and hit their car, causing the crash and injuries.

The two men sued the Indiana based company as negligent in hiring the driver. They were awarded $750,000 in medical expenses and another $750,000 in damages.
